997.2 intercoolers
Good luck,
DC
I'd love to see a better option at the $950 or so you can get the OEM coolers for.
The SRM ones are $2000, a great value. The RS intercoolers are a good upgrade for a more modest setup. The limit is about 1.6 bar or the end tanks blow off.

This is a timely thread. I have a set of Gen 1 Champion intercoolers from my 997.1 that I still haven't installed on my 997.2 TT S
In reading all the praise over the 997.2 intercoolers I'm not sure the Champions are really that much of an upgrade in my situation. hrummm, to install or not now...

I sealed my 997.2 end tanks and they tested to 30psi no leaks. I've been happy with them but now want to try another option.
I did a lot of research and came down to SRM and alphas, SRM has no customer support so I am ordering some alphas on Monday.

Haha cheers guys. I guess that's the beauty. There are lots of options and lots of good ones. Sometimes opinions get aggressive but really it depends on what you're looking to do. There's always better but there's also the right product for the right application and it's not always the same one. I'm proud to work with virtually everyone and have deep long relationships so I can take care of you guys on whatever you need and give you a nonbiased opinion based on your goals.

No intention of running a high power tune, will likely get a moderate one once the ICs are installed so I can get the most out of them and the catted Kline exhaust I’ve bolted on. Car is used for fast B road and irregular DE’s, never drag racing.
