Bogg,

You may may have to rotate your plenium down slightly.
No actual evidence of this. Just brainstorming. Haha.
But I believe if you rotate it downwards slightly it’ll enable the y-pipe to rest farther down in the silicone couplers.
Did you end up getting the larger IPD plenium? If so that may be where the issue is.

I have that Y-pipe, plenum and 82mm TB. It sits slightly lower than IPD I previously had.
I installed everything before tightening plenum's hose clamps, that way it settles nicely.

I just had a look at mine - the plenum collar and ypipe are slightly angled up but as far as we can tell it can't go any lower because the ypipe sits on the airbox. The lid would close with the shocks on the lid in place but my shop says there is a little pressure on the shock and their recommendation was to take the shock off. I'm not super happy about this arrangement but will go with it for now...

In the picture you posted, they pulled the gas strut...which makes sense as it is located in a similar location to the couplers. The wing hydraulic cylinders are quite a bit further back and shouldn't have any issues. I still think there's a coupler issue going on. Did your passenger gas strut hit?

yes it was the passenger side. The wing struts were okay once he rotated the line so it didn't make contact with the ypipe. The ypipe is huge!
