9.20 @ 168mph - New *Manual* 1/4 Mile Record
We went out to Atco NJ last Thursday 4/4 with two 911s in hopes of getting two records.

Joe laid down some killer passes in his silver 997.1TT. Improving his 1/4 Mile ET and MPH and taking the 6 Speed Manual Watercooled record back with a 9.20 @ 168.5 MPH. The track was slick and we had a tough time with traction and a couple of OH S*** moments, so we did not get a chance to turn the car all the way up to 1400whp setting unfortunately. Car has 8's in it, but it will have to be another day !

60-130 in 3.15 seconds which is the new manual Porsche record and also the US Porsche 60-130 record.
100-150 in 2.72 seconds

that loose underbody panel will definitely steer the car a bit

CONGRATS!

168MPH!! 9.2 with taking care of stock tranny....this car is a SOLID 8sec car.

AIM has just been killing it on many levels for the 911 platform as a whole, but I am glad to see more people taking the 997 platform to the next level!
