Air vent foam debris

I have been getting foam particles coming out of all the vents.....pretty sure it’s from all the flapper doors.....anyone else seeing this? 2007 car in Texas, always garaged.
any downside long term other than maybe air leaks?

Yes, I am getting it on mine. I was quoted $4200 to replace the blower box. I guess I will live with the foam. It has to stop at one point.

jdeves is an unknown quantity at this point
I've had this issue happening to me basically since I bought the car. Seems like just one more weird little 997 quirk...
