Question on Front Lower Fog Light

Must have had a rock that perfectly hit the front of my lower passenger fog light. See picture. Anybody replaced this before and have any tips? The fog light still works perfectly but not sure you can just buy the front glass housing or do you have to get the entire module? This is on the passenger side.

Sobrut911 is infamous around these parts
I believe those are DRL daytime running lights. I haven’t replaced one yet but my guess is you’re going to have remove a lot of parts. I had a BMW 750 parking light burn out and went into the service department to buy a bulb. The rep asked me if I was familiar with the process and I said no, but it can’t be too difficult. He told to wait and 5 minutes later he came out with directions from the factory manual. It required removal of front bumper. That was way above my DYI abilities so I bit the bull it and had the dealer do it. I would see if anyone can post excerpt from factory manual or ask your dealer’s service department.

Yeah, the part is a complete module I believe and costs between $250 to $300 to replace. I'll try to do it myself but I think it will involve removing the front bumper.
