PCM identification and adding Apple car play
I have a 2011 997.2 Turbo S and would like to add Apply Car play integration. I see some aftermarket options IF you have PCM 3 or later. I also heard Porsche has an OEM product to do this.
can someone help me :
1. Determine if the 997.2 have pcm 3.0
2. What functionality is lost using aftermarket apple car play integration? Suggestions from those who have done it. (Links and costs)
3. What functionality is lost with the OEM unit ? Costs and links appreciated.
