Electronic Logbook?

Anyone have this option or know what it is beyond the short descriptive paragraph that I see on Porsche's website? Is it worth getting?

In Germany, some business people need this logging function to prove the business usage of their car to the tax authoroties. I wouldn't recommend getting it...unless you REALLY need it and/or your local tax authoroties demand such a thing.

So it is basically a waste of money?

I agree with you about the lightweight kit. Instead of producing a GT2 (because it is unknown if a 997 GT2 will be made), they should offer options to create a GT2. Options could include: an engine powerkit, RWD option, better suspension, etc.
