I'm curious, how many TTs are in the states? Based on the activity on the TT forums I guess its a moderately small number.

Incredibly I don't know. The salesman I was dealing with was fired (guess he gave me too good of a deal!)...and getting info now is more annoying than I like. Last I heard production was completed and it would be delivered "soon".

I intend to follow up on Monday.

Raclaims,

We are rooting for you, but be careful. Irregularities like this somehow have a way of multiplying. Don't let them give you any crap. Your order should have been given off to another sales assoc. without any reason for info to suddenly become unavailable, unless the first guy was feeding you a line.

Hope you get your car pronto.

The number of Turbos sold in the US in November is 220. They've sold 53 GT3s through the month of November as well. Don't have the numbers for December yet. My Turbo was one of those sold in November. Total production up to the end of November for Turbos was 931 and 54 GT3s were sold.

Interesting to note that for 2006 up until the end of November the total number of Porsches produced was 31,377 including ALL the models that they manufacture.

Man...my OCD over this car can't handle another irregularity! Now you have me freaked out. I'll be on the phone to them first thing Monday but I am sure it will work out...they have my deposit...I have a ton of written documentation backup...and I employ a team of lawyers full time in house and I would not hesitate to unleash their rabid dog fury...
