Turbo order questions

I was doing a little math tonight and if I trade in my 997S and my A3, I can get a 997TT for a couple hundred less/month. My commute is nil and winter's almost over, plus it looks likely I'll be back in San Diego, so a second car isn't necessary. My tax return will cover my order deposit...

Here are the questions:

1) I LOVE Atlas Gray, but do you guys think the Sea Blue interior works with it? I love the blue, but I'm not sure if it'll work. Black is the alternative, but I wanted something different.

2) I plan on the following options: PCCB, Sport Chrono, LSD, thicker wheel, SS door entry, sports seats, exterior color center console, alum shifter/brake, some other leather bits. Anything I'm missing or must have?

3) Should I even bother trying to get a discount on an ordered car? I am hoping my status as a 3-time repeat customer will get me some love on the trade-ins and the MSRP.

Thanks in advance!

i'm just thinking-if you want something different, how would a beige interior do with the atlas grey? i have red with the beige interior, and it provides a good contrast. as far as options, i would add heated seats. at least, on resale, it helps. my own personal bent is to save your 9k and not get the pccb-unless you are tracking this car most of the time, the steel breaks are certainly excellent at least. as far as a discount, why not. your 2 trades mean that it will be tougher to see what you really do pay, but if i was buying the car today, i would look for a few thousand off.

How about Natrual Grey? I wouldn't think that Atlas Grey and SeaBlue go quite well togther.

The "problem" with that one is that it has some options I don't really care for (supple leather, park distance, etc.).

I figure if I am going to spend $130+ K, I should get what I want.

docj - Beige is out, but I understand - the contrast does look good.

Natural gray is a good call... I might go that route. I'm headed out shortly, so I'll let you guys know what I hear.

Thanks for the input!!

Don't forget to get CDZ - Gear Lever Trim in Leather. It goes a long way in tying the gearshifter module to the center console. I'm currently trying to get it because I regret overlooking this one small piece.

Get the Sportshifter too. Otherwise everything else looks great! I think Sea Blue will look good with Atlas Grey!

Thanks for the added options... good idea. I really think the dark blue will look good with Atlas, esp. since Atlas has some blue in it.

Oh I forgot about the leather sunvisors too. If you went with the stock sunvisors, it has a cheap feel/look akin to Vinyl.

I have seen the Atlas with blue interior before. Awesome! There is actually quite a bit of blue metallic flake in the paint. The blue interior brings it all out. I think it looks great! ; )

I am not sure of Atlas with Sea Blue, but why not settle fot Teracotta Two tone with Black dash and large leather package for the dashboarrd and aircon parts etc.

It's a tough call on the color... Atlas is soooo damn sexy, but I think putting a black interior in it is too boring. We'll see.

As far as San Diego goes, things are moving, but I don't have any answers. If I do get back there and things remain the same financially, instead of a Turbo, I'll order a GT3 in Atlas with the black Alcantara interior. It's a good problem to have!

Raja - we need to link up when it gets a little warmer - check with Seyla - we're having a meet near Reagan airport in the not-too-distant future...
