We have done a battery of tests with multiple headers of our own design. To date we have yet to see any improvements over stock.

We will keep the boards posted with any new findings.

As tested on our dyno on several of the 996TT kits and on several of the 997TT kits including my own we have seen gains in both HP and TQ. Before the headers we achieved 506HP 516TQ and after the install we achieved 522HP and 531TQ

Here are some charts. They are in the order of<O</O
1:ECU tune
2:ECU Tune, Fabspeed Gen 3 Exhaust
3:ECU tune, Fabspeed Gen 3 Exhaust and EVO headers<O</O

thanks fellas! So i can expect to gain approx. 15 hp/torque on top of my ecu and exhaust setup with headers from Evo. I was wondering how the fabspeed and other brands stack up to the performance of these Evo headers. thx

the supersprint headers looks good flowing , but they cost the skin of your back.

I can't guarantee anything on the headers unless you are using our package. The numbers where calculated on our dyno with these specific components in place. A more restrictive muffler may not yield like gains in level 2 nor 3.

Also. FWIW the SS is the same as the TA and I have not seen any real data on it nor the CG outside of the manufactures numbers. Any exhaust company producing exhaust in house will have their numbers. Slanted or not these numbers should be reconfirmed by an independent. This is what we do. The nice thing is since I own a car and do not make the mufflers or headers I get to install and use whom ever hits my goals as an owner. This weeds out the "editoral" that most put in thier PR and marketing hype.

the ones pictures on their website looks poor :
http://www.cargraphic.de/index.php?/...,3080/&start=3

1.look at the beginning of each tube, small
2.the pyramid/merged collector is not "good flow" looking

even for the volkswagen beetle we do better exhausts that's a true pyramid merged collector with smooth flow.

If you look at the headers we tested the mouth of the merge is about half the distance than what is in the picture. The key is to have the mouth of the dump not neck down and kill the volecity created through the merge.

Yes, you see some gains. How much is debatable with optional equipment.

most of our customers, include the headers with their exhaust to gain the most performance and free flow. Here are our headers next to the stock headers.
notice our one piece, equal length, CNC mandrel bent tubing with our F1 style merge collector.
