Iforge center caps- powder coat or regular paint?

I am thinking of color matching my Iforge center caps (plastic i believe) to flat black or matte black to give it the complete black centers with polish lips. Has anyone painted theirs? Also can I powdercoast plastic or should i just buy a can of flat black spray can and do it myself? Thx

We paint caps regularly. Mostly plastic, some billet aluminum (we have no turns too)....

Paint, not powder. DIY? Well, would you paint the car with a spray can?

Thx Eric. So do you have any applications to fit the iforge wheels? I believe the center caps are 2 1/2 inches in diameter. I am looking for matte blk finish with a silver porsche crest. let me know. Thx

I did this mod a while back, mine are not plastic and I am pretty sure all of them are billet.
The hardest part is getting the surface flat so you can attach the crest. Ralph boothe cuts into the cap and inserts it.
I still have the black ones if interested...

We also stock the billet caps, and can paint them for you.

I got mine from Ralph Boothe, I had them powder coated, but kept the colored crest. $90/piece. I needed to have them polished the edges to fit perfect on I-forged Essen wheels. Very happy with the final results.

sorry I coould'nt upload the pics, but if you pm, I will sent u pics

the iforged caps are alittle tougher to get in then the oem porsche caps that just pop in, i used a rag and a mallet to hit them in so i dont damage the paint.
although polishing the edges is a good idea...

i guess another options is to have the iforge caps painted flat blk without the porsche crest. has anyone just painted the iforge caps to black instead to match?
