Help - Thoughts on Cobalt with Cocoa

Having had a 997 TT in GT Silver w/Cocoa, I love the cocoa interior. Since I am in the north, I am going to order another in time for early spring delivery. Also, by then, PCCB's should be available again. I am thinking of Meteor w/Cocoa or Cobalt w/Cocoa (very daring). I know Meteor is safe. Any thoughts. Also, what color deviating stitching with Cocoa? Antbody have pics of either combination? Thanks for your help.

Slate & Cocoa.

This belongs to a fellow 6speeder. I think his name is "Vicky". Don't quote me on that though.

cobalt for sure but I would think a darker color would comliment it best .

imho deviating stiching should be done in a bright color, yellow, cobalt, red etc.

Dark exterior: Slate first choice. Meteor second choice.

Light exterior: White first choice. GT/Arctic Silver second choice.

It is very hard for me to imagine Cobalt Blue (very bluish tone) matching cocoa (brownish tone). Adding on the yellow brakes would make it an even more difficult match, IMHO. My favorite combination is White with Cocoa, providing a white contrast for the cocoa, and stunning in person.

Just my opinion, hope it helps.

Cocoa is nice but IMHO, not with Cobalt. I'd get Cobalt/black or Cobalt/sea blue.

Go with Cobalt and Natural Gray, all leather options, all deviated stitching with speed yellow stitching and speed yellow belts.

Then let us put our speed yellow belt outlets, seat hooks and other smaller bits on it. Will look stunning with PCCB's.

I would do Meteor or Slate or Silver with Cocoa. I don't think Cobalt works well with it, better with Sand or Black. Probably the only deviated stitch would be a white for a nice contrast.

Why did you sell the first one in the first place?

Cobalt looks great with natural gray (Atomic style). Cocoa and GT Silver make a nice combo. Cocoa also goes well with white. I don't think I'd mix cocoa with cobalt.

Probably more than you want to know but: Wife drives SL550 Anniversary (owned) & CLS500 (leased), I drove 997 Turbo (owned) & Cayenne Turbo (owned), M3 (owned) and my son drives the 330Ci. My wife's parents started to have severe health problems and could not get into the CLS or the Cayenne. Since the CLS was leased, I sold both Porsches, bought the S500 (for her) and I drive the CLS500 now. I thought with the M3 I wouldn't miss the Turbo. - Very poor and expensive decisions on my part.

+1 on Cobalt/Natural Grey with yellow stitching. Saw a 996ttCab like this with painted seatbacks and that thing was Unbelievable.
