How do you know? Have you used them?
H+R says Gemballa is a reseller and uses them.
Eibach does not currently sell springs for the Turbo. I think Eibach may make the Techart springs exclusively for Techart.
Eibach said they have something in the pipeline. But that also means it will be an unknown spring and a gamble for an early buyer.
So, it sounds like the Techart springs are the only game in town for now.
If you know your Porsche history, H&R has been a supplier for many years, including all the GT2s and 3s. I think they know what they are doing. At least they don't steal factory parts and reverse engineer. F##k TA and the horse they road in on...

For some reason, the H&R springs are not full length which results in a slightly choppy ride. Others have reported that Techart springs which are full length progressive springs have given a much more compliant ride.
Crazy isn't it what people will rebrand and sell to what they consider unsuspecting customers. Relabeling drives me nuts especially when I find out who it was supplied by and I could go to the supplier which also sells to the consumer for 1/2 the price. Innovation and originality goes a long way in my books. I would pay the difference when there is a difference but not when its relabled and resold at sometimes twice the MSRP of the less marketed/targeted brand from the supplier.
Now I agree with Atomic - I have heard the H&R were not as compliant as the TechArts. I like that it lowers it more than the TechArts but I would not give up the ride quality to get 5mm's lower.
I really want a set of coilovers from Bilstein PSS9 when they get some released to market soon.
