Aerokit on website car config.....nice touch
I was checking out the 997TT configurator to look at the aerokit. One thing I noticed was that the price of the option includes painting the side sills, rear valence to match the body color. When you consider the costs of this option when ordering a car and then adding the new front lip and rear wing, maybe the price of the option isn't so unreasonable after all.
I've asked my dealer and they don't have the price of the kit as a stand alone upgrade for current cars.
BTW: Anyone know how much less the new rear wing weighs compared to stock? I'm assuming less since it's a fixed design and doesn't need the motors of the stock design.

I wouldn't mix and match aftermarket aerokits, asking for trouble. None of them have even seen a wind tunnel. The last thing you want is a franken-hybrid aftermarket "kit" at 170mph. Get the OEM if you must, I like the complete GT2 kit better though, both way overpriced.
