Tire Pressure...

OK so I got my latest issue of Car and Driver. They road test the GT3 RS. Nice write up, nothing but good things to say about it. But I notice on the test panel data sheet, they had the tire pressure set at 28 front and 33 rear. Is that possibly right? The RS has the same size wheels and tires as the TT right? I might try those settings.

Door sticker says 29 front, 33 rear. But on most cars set at that psi, it will probably turn on the tire pressure monitoring light. Most systems will probably end up near 32-33 front and 36-37 rear to make the tire pressure monitoring system happy.

I run 29/33 on the street and find that it handles quite well. I have also been surprised that my TPMS is spot on in pressure.

My door sticker does not say 29/33.

We are talking about the sticker for the GT3/RS.

Sorry, should have mentioned that my car is a GT3.
