Sick car; not sure I'd be happy about using the spokes as tie downs though!

Beautiful car - is that a matte silver finish or just some kind of protective film?

Absolutely. The spokes are strong in compression and tension, but not in lateral deflection. They should have strapped across the rim.

wow, the matte silver looks slick. Agree, seems like there would be a better way to strap the car down....

OK, so it is NOT the same car.

I had a look at one of these cars this summer, not sure which one.

I think the paint is the same as the CTR3.
I must say that it looks cool but it would not be the color of my choice.
Why? When you look against the sun, certain angles etc. it looks like the car has imperfections. It does not, but it looks like it, and I guess it is due to the lack of clear paint.

Very unique car painted in a very unique color. Definately a one of a kind for sure. The color appears to have a "pearlessence" to it, similliar to what you might see in Pearl white. Come to think of it i've never seen Pearl white on a 911 to date?

The actually strap them from below as well, not just the rims, using 10,000 lbs cargo straps. If they can secure a A1A, a porsche is no problem.
