If you go to the link provided by Eric, it'll explain how to update yours. I typically find those updates to be really useful. I hear that the latest will actually allow me to use the CD changer!
Re-flash, then reset.

Well I did it in the prescribed technique, but it went into an auxilliary screen, no cd's, no songs etc. then I stopped and restarted it and all the songlist/playlist were there, thought it was ok. This am, same ****. Maybe I didn't complete the download?

Just got V2.05 installed so now my I-Pod interface works. My installer brought a switch out front from under the dash that lets me use the CDC. To do this I have to turn off the car, let it sit for a few minutes, flip the switch, and start the car. That's great. Now all I need is some sort of instruction manual on how to make the I-Pod interface to work. My installer said "play with it" (I think he meant the PCM). Well, it looks like I have two choices. 1. sit in the garage and fiddle with it while the battery runs down, or 2. fiddle with it while driving and hope I don't plow into something.
Is there an I-Pod manual for Dummies and Idiots? I'm extremely technically challenged. Like, I'm still having trouble dealing with the ignition key being on the left instead of the right hand side of the steering column.

Eric - You talk to the Dension guys, right?
Any chance you can ask if they can start showing the Artist name/Album title in the "Disc Name" field instead of your iPod's name? I know what my iPod's name is, and it doesnt change all that often, and sometimes I hear a song and go "who was this by again?" or "What album was this from?"
Thanks
