Hi everybody, first of all let me introduce myself. I'm Dan, I'm 28 and I live in London. Earlier this year in an impulsive move I ordered a new 997TT... gotta be one of the best decisions I've ever made, you know it when it just feels totally right just after you've done it, and the idea just gets better as I get closer to my build date.

I've driven several supercars over the last few months but this badass machine, well it left me speechless.

I would like to thank you all for the information you've posted on this board and also just for being generally a pretty sound bunch of lads (and lasses I assume, haven't seen evidence of one yet tho).

So the latest twist is that I love that Oslo blue colour so much that I have just called my dealer to change from midnight blue to this custom Oslo idea!!! Thanks since I never would have done it were it not for this board. Cheers!

Welcome to the board, why not settle for something different than Oslo blue there is a very wide selection of older Porsche colours ie Tahoe Blue, Baltic blue, Petrol blue.

Baltic does look pretty good. Similar to BMWs Steel Blue.

I'm a sucker for Cobalt, though.

 

Oslo blue looks nice on the 997.
