are these decently made rims? what are they comparable to?

No these only come in 19's. They do have a 20" wheel that is called the Rennsport Seen Here.

 

How would the black ones look on a midnight blue 997, do they come in silver with chrome lip.

how are these axis rims? are they heavy or a lot heavier and less durable than HREs?

 

They are great wheels for the money. I run these on several luxury cars. They are a 1pc cast wheel. They are light. Forged wheels are lighter and stronger, but they are $1800 per wheel.
