Ran into this while picking up some tires for the wife's cayenne...build quality looks good, some nice CF insert pieces - not PU from what I understand, but a plastic composite. Will be interesting to see how this holds up. Figured you 997'ers would want to see it.

I really liked the photos Vorsteiner released, but this thing looks kinda Bubba Gump to me. Especially on standard issue wheels and ride height (I assume).

Actually, it looks much better in person than in pictures. But the lip does stick out more than I thought it would so I do have mix feelings about that or the whole bumper itself. Vorsteiner is sending a center CF cover to cover the (over)exposure of the 3rd radiator so we would not see the sides or the bottom. As is, it's still not complete, but like stated it's a very high quality piece.

 

Do they make anything similiar for the 996TT?

 

Not a big fan of the bumper.
