i gotta say.......WOW.......

im impressed...

Please take a minute to register in the link that Luis posted when you get time. It'll only take a minute. It's essentially an EVO supercharger owner's registry on 6speed.

 

Welcome to the club !
You'll have no end of fun. I just keep an eye on the charge cooler fluid level, and check the hose clips frequently. Mine breaks a host clip about 1 every 6 months or so.
Take it real easy when it's cold and then when it's warmed up, give it death !

Start with right leg calf raisers and then go out cruising for a Z06's. Its like riding a bike.

Question:

I was talking to my mechanic and he said from the supercharrger installs he has done they've been nothing but problems. However, I would think that getting it done directly at EVO or Ruf could solve a lot of these issues.

So SC'd guys, any problems?

 

problems? none ......................well there is one poblem that i think everybody with a sc will agree there is the car is 10x the fun and that leads to speeding tickets

 

Well yeah! Duh! Then you drive something else for a week or two, they come out and figure out the problem, be patient, and then smile a whole lot cause this is the most effective mod you've ever imagined!

then don't even think about using your mechanic. it's a very simple install for those that know what they're doing. a nightmare for those that don't. i've dealt with both. the kit is rock solid, but you have to have the right mechanic and yours clearly isn't.....
