Exclamation vp gas 110 oct.

local discount station in Augusta Ga.just started offering VP racing fuel @ the pump for $6.30/gal with 110 octance,would i even notice the diff.

110 is leaded, the most octane you usually find for VP unleaded is 100. Anything above 93 octane in the car and you are throwing money away and actually could be making the car slower.

That being said $6.30/gallon for 110 leaded is an awesome deal, here in LA that is an easy $10-11.00 per gallon.

The highest unleaded octane from VP is 103 (or 105 - 'specialty fuel').

And unless your running high boost (F/I) and are tuned for higher octane .. anything over 94 is overkill.

The highest racing unleaded I have seen actually is the F&L at 105 octane, I have used this with good results mixed with crap 91.
