Jim
I just read this entire old thread. AMAZING car and what vision you have.
This is absolutely my favorite car. I just cant stop looking at it. I know you changed the wheels and those are sweet too. But, this to me is perfection.

Well then that is a GOOD thing,LOL!
Thank-you!
Thanks again......
I have actually been tossing around the idea of selling it again.....
BUT I usually change my mind when a buyer becomes serious!
Here's a few more pics of the bodykit in my garage with the NEW wheels.....

P-car is still looking good as always, Stacy. There is something about a 5-spoke, or split 5-spoke that just is "right" and just works wonderful.
Nice.
What would you replace it with if you DID sell it?

I am not too sure,BUT IF I wanted a project,to be honest,I would LOVE more power along with alot more straight line OOOMPH!........I came from an NSX and have always had a soft spot for one,so maybe an '04-05 NSX!?And I know what you are thinking, they are NOT quicker than my Porsche.......BUT
Because I build parts (after-market trinkets) for the NSX,I have really good contacts to get deals on things for it! My one buddy built his NSX to 630 RWHP using a turbo charger for fairly cheap!
BUT in all honesty,I probably would just sit tight to see where the economy goes......IF some sort of correction happens here,I may be in a GREAT spot to purchase another property to make money on!
I know I would HATE myself for selling it though, which is why I kinda backed out of two deals in the past!
Oh and thanks for the compliment on the car!
Cheers,
Stacy

I just might surprise you one day Eddie boy and show up at your house......in the rain, lol!
Well the other way to look at it IS.....the smaller the rotor the bigger the wheels look,LOL! Besides the stock brakes for the street are amazing! Look at how easy it will be to clean the inside of the wheels!?

I would not be looking for a positive correction in the housing mkt for awhile. There can be small pockets of instances contrary to that, but overall it's grim.
I've been involved in RE in the recent past, and I can tell you that we have not seen the RE mkt bottom yet. The second wave is just hitting, to be quite honest. It's not pretty.
The first wave were those who bought in 2005-'07 before the bubble burst, and many of those who shouldn't have been approved.
This second wave that is just hitting is all those who have been in their home 7-10 years minimum who during the boom re-financed their homes (at a new, higher-appraised value) and pulled out $$ against their magically appearing equity for cars, boats, vacations, college tuition's; and now after the crash are so upside down on their properties that they are throwing the keys to the banks and walking away. Unemployment is greater than what is being publicly revealed and this is a contributing factor as well. BK's are through the roof. Lots of used cars hitting the mkt- repos, for the very same reason. The mkt is flooded with used, late model cars.
Many RE listings as we speak, are teetering on foreclosure. A double-digit percentage... and not small.
It's a blood bath and it isn't over yet.
Now go take that wunnerful car for a spin as soon as weather permits!
