Dan, I'm the west. Last time I had the question of warranty I called PCNA and was told that all dealers honor the warranty (4/50 and CPO) throughout Canada and the USA. That was a few months ago though. Prior to buying (I'm still looking for a fairly new C2S) I would definitely confirm that prior to purchase as the rules for importing from the US into Canada seem to be changing daily. Witness the recent bogus rear bumper "change" for 2008 P cars -- no longer admissible without some part changes. Plus the fact PCNA formed a separate Cdn division. But so far Porsche has been better than the other makes (BMW, MB for example) as far as not squashing the import process.

 

Ending up at 45 to 47k would be a great deal.
