My point was to all those that only believe the dyno gain is only due to the "reset". There are examples of people who have tested it without resetting the ECU and they have also shown "gains"

The chart in your link actually shows NO GAIN and actually a drop in torque. No gain was measured until the cold air intake was installed.

So I guess if that dyno is accurate and you are looking to reduce torque....buy an RSS intake?

Absolutely none whatsoever that I could feel, measure or find. My findings were exactly as per AWE.

Another guy over here in the UK did flow tests using Durametric logging both before and after fitting the plenum to a 997S.1. The measured flow was more or less identical across most of the rpm band (with the exception of a drop at just over peak torque = lower power at that point) with the plenum installed. So once more, no gains.

I have the raw data somewhere if you all really want it, but truthfully I can't be bothered to find it just to re-open an old and dead debate.
