I'm 8 months away from a two Porsche household . I looked the both the Cayenne GtS and 997S today . Both stunning and very different . My girlfriend likes "red or white" when I asked about color choice so I decided to look at what this car looks like in red on the move .

I found this and hope its not a repost . Very entertaining to watch as I live in a flat region .At 1:12 this had me on the edge of my seat.

Anyway, they seem to have a lot of fun in France...

Does that mean you prefer red over white? Or do you want to consider both options since you like white already?

 

watching bad driving makes me cringe...... esp when it's bad to the point of being dangerous and un-controlled. i'm obviously no professional race driver, but i DO know how to not out-drive my own limits. it's only a matter of time till that guy takes an off-road excursion. hopefully it'll be a soft landing.

 

The Porsche 997S is such a break from a traditional four door practical car she has always driven that I am guessing her selection of red signifies the dramatic change . Usually both of us select understated colors but I asked her "what color" and "red or white" was her reply . I'm all for it if that's her choice. I'm even considering a Tiptronic and I have never driven one . She can drive a manual but her commute is stop and go .

We have until December when the Mercedes lease is up to decide and by then the 09 facelift will be out .

 

The driver -- I focused more on the car and the mountain roads . The idea of height and lack of guardrails in certain areas may be typical of some regions but NOT Florida .
