Have you tried putting sometype of lube on the business card first and just you the card to get the lube in there?

I'm not quite sure if the lube will help, since the problem seems to be that the horizontal trim piece is not fitting snuggly against the seat belt pillar. Thats the reason why I put in the folded up business card, to tighten it up. I might just have to take the trim piece out and look at it to see if it is just worn out and therefore the reason for the noise.

BUMP, anyone have any updates on any fixes that have worked either DIY or through the dealer. These rattles are driving me insane!!

I have not fixed mine. I took my door panel off this weekend to see if I had any loose screws. Nothing.
Anyone know if rattles are covered under the New CPO warranty?
