Bilstein pss10

Hi all, I'm in a full speed mod momentum here.

So my understanding of PSS10 is that in sports mode the suspension is lowered. And in un-sport mode it is raised. And the ride height of either are adjustable? If my understanding is screwed up pease enlighten me. appreciated so much.

Allow me to enlighten...

Pss10's - These are 10 way dampening adjustable as well as height adjustable. The adjustments are made via a **** on each individual shock. THESE ARE FOR CARS THAT DO NOT HAVE PASM.

Damptronics - Height adjustable coilovers that integrate with the OEM PASM system. There is a wire that comes out of the shocks, just like OEM, and plugs in to the car. You can adjust the height of these coilovers manually, and retain the sport shock button on the dash. There are two settings, soft and firm. Just like OEM...

I hope this makes sense. There seems to be a lot of confusion about this and I am not sure why.

Just remember.

PASM = Bilstein Damptronics (Adjust just like the stock using the button on the dash)

Non-PASM = Bilstein PSS10's (Manual adjustment via a **** on the shock - 10 settings)

Both are height adjustable, but this has to be done manually by raising and lowering the spring perch on the shock itself.

Let me know if there are questions.

I have the Damptronics and love the way the changed the car, no problems with either mode. Have the height set a ROW and a ROW alignment for Track. If you have PASM, get these shocks! I also can say that Mike @ AWE is a great guy to deal with and I wouldn't hesitate to buy from him again. If you want to learn more about the Bilsteins call Mike and talk with him.

I'm going to need to repave my drive way or a new house to go with my car. I tried every approach to go from the street onto my drive way and no matter how I do it the stock rub tab front of the front wheels on the stock bumper and the stock height comes within 1 inch of the pavement. I don't even know how the GT3 bumper is going to fair and not to mention droping it.
