anybody know what the aston martin-equivalent of 6speed/renn for porsches and ferrarichat for f-cars is? did some searching and hard to find anything w/ a lot of posters. thanks!

thanks for the help guys. perusing the boards and reading up on AM maintenance, it looks like waiting until I can afford a DB9 would be a smarter choice than the pandora's box that a DB7 could be.

back to the 997 search . . .

 

or pick up a used vantage (06, 07) and mod it in time. 09 is coming with 420HP as well. Then again, can't go wrong with the P car.

 

to tell you the truth if you are a 911 owner and accustomed to the way the 911 drives the Aston is going to be incredibly underwhelming. I spent a weekend with the AM V8 Vantage. It is one of the most beautiful machines ever assembled, and it sounds great. However, it drives like a heavy beast, has poor brakes, and just isn't at all what i expected it to be. JMO.
