man now thats doing my head in . a cabrio or a targa?

 

If I may ... in my view : Cabrio = Boxster ; 997 only as Coupe (targa)

 

I love those wheels. Great looking car, if I had the money, that would make a great GT

 

They look like a version of a Ferrari wheel.

Misha so your saying a cabrio get a boxster in the 997 range go the targa.
just trying to get a understanding to the cabrio = boxster I have a few ideas just want to see if were on the same track..

hmmm with the aeorokit or gt3 front bumper would look sweeeeeeet actually anyone got a pic of a targa 997 with this configuration.

as for ferrari wheels yeah its f430 look but damn they look the part!

We all know that Boxster was concived and designed as a cabrio , where 911 was born as a coupe . In either design , these original ideas are quite obvious . For me, shape of 911 (997) cabrio is out of balance i.e. rear end (buldge) is too 'heavy' for the front end . 'aretm' this is my subjective veiw and reasons which way I would go - boxster = cabrio ; 997 = coupe (targa)

As for the wheels ... well since Ferrari and Porsche are sharing same 'prancing horse' (originaly on City of Stuttgart Coat of Arms) we can share look-alike wheels.

 

If the targa comes with 2, I am all over it. But it only comes with 4S.....
no the cab looks nice and drive no difference on street.
It is even quieter than a coupe on the fwy with top down.

 

I like the car and definitely the girl in the passenger seat!
