removing chin spoiler on aerokit bumper

I bought a gt3 spoiler to replace the painted one on my aerokit bumper. has anyone had experience removing them? It seems like it would be relatively easy, but it is really on there. Can it be done without removing the entire bumper? Thanks for the help.

start on eiter side. remove the plastic little screws on each end. then grab one corner of the lip and pull very very hard. just try not to crease the lip as it may cause some damage to it and or your paint on the lip. sometimes it helps to also start pull off the other end and work your way to the middle. dont worry, there is nother there to break... worst case you have put a crease on your lip... just dont bend it to much so it wont crease.
