Two questions about leasing
1) Is the lease estimator on the Porsche website of any value?
2) What do you think about a one pay lease (pay for the lease upfront using the cash from a trade in.)?

1. I used the estimator on the Porsche site and will use that in negotiating. They are quoting me higher that that!!!
2. Have no trade in, i did a lease return. I would rather not shell out all that cash and do one lease sum payment. Rough economy so I want to keep more cash on hand.

the more discount u can get means the less the resale value will be. so make sure u get some discount to cover the loss later. walk, if u're told no discount. sucks but i wish Porsche makes less cars & dealers sell at msrp so the resale would be higher...
I ordered my car about 2 weeks ago.
Sticker was 107, and my dealer is selling me the car for 95. I just called the two dealers in my area and told them what I wanted and I did not even try to negotiate, this was the quoted discount. I'm in central Florida and the economy sucks here so I'm sure that had something to do with it
Porsche just like every other manufacturer has seen some kind of dip in sales this year and must be very motivated to give deals. I've always found that starting with the internet sales manager helps because their sole job is to bring in volume even if it's less profit per car.
Deposit is fully refundable, so even if you ordered yr car with deposit, you still can negotiate, and if you don't get the price you want, you still can walk away with the deposit refund to you. At this market, 1. it is hard to find a buyer, 2. it is hard to get someone financed, so if you can get both, you should be able to work the deal your way, just be patient, if there is only 1 car in the dealer yo uwant, of course they will not be as flexible, just wait it out a little, and don't tak ethe care you ordered, let it go back to the inventory
