09 pricing help needed

I am trying to negotiate a lease deal on my new 09 911 PDK, sticker $104k. 36 month, 15k yr, $3,300 drive off's. Anyone have any baseline of what a good monthly payment would be? Thanks for your help!

I will be interested in wut those numbers might looks like too. I always feel like I got screwed by the dealer each time I lease a car, I never quite understood how the monthly payment is related the the price I negotiated. I understand all the pro and cons of leasing, and the general concept on how one arrived at the monthly payment. But I were to just purchased the car, $5K off mean just that.

I'll let you know, even though it is an 09, I am expecting a good deal in this current market.

I looked into leasing a new 08 but ended up buying a 5 month old 07 c2s.

This was my initial offer from the dealer without any negotiation.

2008 c2s midnight blue metallic. Based on $90k, $5k drive-off, money factor - 0.0036, 10mi/yr residual 63% = $1377 + tax ($65) =
Total monthly = $1,442mo/36 month term

Hope this helps, PM me if you have any more questions.

I started a thread here back in 9.14 — 09 at msrp?, lots of good reading there. IMy conclusion out of that is, if I were to order an 09, I will targeting for 5%. But 10% is very unlikely for California. As we all agree that, the deal really depends on which city you are in.

Lightbulb

First you negotiate the price of the vehicle, then you negotiate the lease details.

You should be able to get at least 5% below MSRP.

Shop for the best price AND the best lease...

BOTH are important!

yeah apparently CA is competitive but in this market 5% at the very very least should be doable. i would expect close to 10 on 09s... outside of CA that is very doable.

I've been told, no discount. I ordered it months ago and they claim since it's the new hot car, that MSRP is a good deal. I disagree, especially in this economy. I am going to keep pushing back and see what happens....

I am sure they will be some discount them now that the cars are here. They told me the same things a few months back. All the 08 been sitting on the lot and not moving, my guess is the same thing will happen to 09 once they start to get a few more in. I do not see why they would rather let the car sit than make a fair deal so everyone go home happy.

Dude - just call a non CA dealer, there are definitely deals to be had. If its a brand new car its not like you have to buy in CA. MSRP is a HORRIBLE deal right now. Just shop a couple dealers against each other.

Problem is, I ordered it months ago before there was rate info available. next time, I will order out of state. Even out of state would not give a deal when ordering a new model.

Question

In CA the 911 w PDK is def hot. I just found an black 09 911S w PDK well optioned not in CA. MSRP $105K, I negotiated 2% off MSRP but I didn't place an order and have to wait months. I can get the car this week. I suppose I could wait and play the market and save ???. I am leaning toward getting the car this week...Has anyone actually gotten a substantial discount ordering an 09?

I got a 3.5% for a Targa S..... The order was placed a few months back when the market was doing well..... I am sure the dealer will not negotiate the price since he has my deposit......

You may be correct on the deal, depending on how much $$ you are at risk on your deposit. You def did better than I did. Anyone else buy an S for more than 3.5% off sticker? I signed the docs today. I paid the price to join the club....
