I am not sure, I would suggest you talk to a Porsche Tech, they would know about compatibility. I will tell you that the Quaife has separate parts for the 996 and 997, so I would suspect that things might have changed in the drive line between the 997 and the 997.2. I would also imagine that the OEM will be a lot more money then the aftermarket units.

I just called them and they told me that they do not sell the LSD separately yet

If you want one, then buy a third party unit.
