Closeout Price - Factory Sport Exhaust - Only 1 Kit Remaining!! The standard Porsche flat-six engine has a powerful acoustic presence. Better still, it can also be enhanced with this dual-mode sports exhaust system. Output is dependent on driving style, ranging from standard output during normal road driving to a more aggressive tone during performance use. Modes are selected using a button on the center console. On vehicles with the optional Sport Chrono Package Plus, the sport exhaust mode is enabled when the Sport Chrono Sport mode is selected. The package also includes stainless steel tailpipes with hard chrome-plated finish.

Fitment: Carrera 3.6 or 3.8 liter, 997 (2005-2008). Not available for Turbo and GT3. This set comes with the exhaust, wiring, and chrome plated dual tailpipes. NOTE: For cars w/o Sport Chrono, dash switch must be purchased additionally ($50), contact us for details.

I ordered this from Steve this AM. My 997C2 (non-S) dosen't have much to gain in HP from any aftermarket exhaust (not like an 'S' can) and I really just wanted the sound. But I don't want the loud sound all the time (I do a lot of long highway drives) so this seemd like the best solution. And I like OEM.
And for me this was a smoking deal: even with the difference in the Canadian dollar, plus shipping, plus duty, plus tax (and with the console button/module) this will be just under $2500CAD to my door. My local dealer price (they are a nice group and I am happy to have them work on my car) is $4100CAD with tax (not including install - which I will probably do myself).

How much is it for a 997 C4S sport exhaust.

Can you offer install at your dealership if I stop in? How much is install?

 

The exhaust is $2119 (plus $50 for the appropriate switch/plate if you do not currently have PASM and Sport Chrono). We do install these at our dealership. Depending on the options on your car and whether or not you would want the wiring done to turn the "sport" mode on and off install usually takes between 2 and 8 hours.
