12V source in pod lighting?

I'm looking to hardwire my V1 into a 12V source from the interior lighting pod by the rearview mirror on my 2007 C4S. This would be light pod "1" in this diagram: http://www.autoatlanta.com/model/997-05-08/903-04.htm

There are four wires that connect pod 1 to the car. I'm guessing there is
a ground and a 12V source. Has anyone looked into this before? The center bulb is at 12V. http://www.autoatlanta.net/action.la...rds=10&-search

I'm getting ready to get out the voltmeter, but I just thought I'd ask around here first. I'm guessing there is a 12V, 6V, ground, and ??

(And btw, I do realize that this source would not be switched with the ignition).

Thanks!
