anyone using AWE Carbon Fiber Strut bars?
anyone using AWE Carbon Fiber Strut bars?
Im thinking about picking up their CF strut bar because they are running a good deal on the front bar. But they dont make one for the rear, so Im going to get a different companies rear CF strut bar. Is it ok to mix and match? anyone have any experience with the CF strut bars?????
Nugent, I have one from AWE, not sure if it helps, but it weights nothing.
I bought it in a moment when I wanted to support AWE for being a good supplier and board sponsor.
It isn't too expensive, and easy to install. The only problem is that the plastic covers don't fit as well after the install.

I do not understand your response?
your car does not need strut braces, the tub already is very stiff and had built in braces.
If you think they look cool and impressive by all means go ahead and buy them for the bling factor.

They do not use them....the basic tub for the car has them built in/designed into the car....strut bars are not needed nor do they help on a 997.
