It's a beautiful car and a interesting price but it almost begs the question of why was it sold ? The 09 just came out a few months ago.

So did someone buy a car drive it a month or two and lose 15 grand to have it end up on a dealership lot ?

Unless the owner simply didn't love PDK.

From what I understand Porsche financing is quite stringent . A Porsche repo is not a good thing .

Contrast to BMW - This article points to a woman who was on disability and spent her life savings to lease a BMW M6 .. apparently she got approved

Since when does a 3 series BMW convertible cost $100,000. And it isn't an M3 either.

It was an M6 I believe. Here's the CBS full story. I had to search for it http://cbs5.com/local/auto.loan.defaults.2.645976.html

That makes more sense. The photo in other article looked more like a 328 or 335. But I guess we digress.
Thanks

The free carfax is quoted below.

Seems to me, if Park Place bought it at auction and is now sellling it for $80k, it must have gone for what, $73k at the auction??? That's not good.

01/19/2009 1,508 Auto Auction Sold at auction

01/27/2009 1,512 Dealer Inventory Vehicle offered for sale
