What color should I paint my bumper?

To finish the exterior of my 997, I ordered this bumper from Vorsteiner on Monday.

http://www.vorsteiner.com/Porsche/997-rear2.html

My car is Guards Red. Do you think I should paint the diffuser red or flat black/grey? I am also installing the factory GT3 front conversion kit, so the front of the car will have some flat black. I am also installing Jared's GT2 cargraphic wing, which has carbon fiber uprights. This will get painted next week, so I need some suggestions. I'm torn

Thanks,
Nick

The diffuser IMO should be flat black.

Thanks, Stacy. You can select GR and the rear view on their Configurator, which will give you an idea of the flat black option.

I vote for flat black as well - guard's red would just blend in... too subtle imo

I think it would look great in flat black. I am thinking about ordering their type 1 rear bumper. The type 2 looks awesome also!

Yep, I think I have decided on flat black. I will be on vacation next week, so I am trusting my brother to pick out the best option! I told him to go with flat black, unless it just doesn't look good when on the car.

PS - Pics will follow when I get back. All of the upgrades should be installed and ready to rock and roll! It is bone stock right now...so I am a little excited

Very nice collections of mods. It'll doubtlessly look spectacular. I think you should try to match the shade and finish of the GT3 front splitter. It's not quite black and not quite flat (how's that for help), but you have the part so matching it should be relatively straightforward even though the front splitter is not painted per se.
I'd think this would tie it all together.
