My trip to Dallas to pic up my new baby 997S
Well, I flew out to Dallas to pick up my baby and drove her back some 700 miles. This is my first Porsche; I'm so excited. I haven't given her, her first bath and wax yet, but I just got the windows tinted and ordered the rennline pedal set. I've also added 3m light guard on the headlights and fogs.
Checkout out what I saw in Dallas... I even went to a Luxury Carshow there while I was there... You know I had to visit Ruf Auto Centre!

You know I'm a modder coming from the bimmer world from modding my E46 M3 and my E36 M3, but, I think this one will get lightly modded. I think Porsches come modded from the factory . I like the suspension as is. I may add a airbox once I figure which one works best and sw if any. She will most definitely get some nice rims, perhaps TechArt Formula IIIs. I've just tinted her and ordered the 4 piece rennline pedal set. Other than that, I'm just going to enjoy this one . Go Porsche!

I wish I could take her to the track, but I have additional saftey equipment in the E36 M3. I'm a track junkie too, so I will really enjoy this porsche more in terms of its performance...

I need to get my radar detector in the car since I just enjoying the acceleration without even looking at the speedo
