need your helps..

Since i decided to buy my first porsche, I am still so confusing few

weeks...Between 997 4s and 996 tt(08 cpo with tip). I know already you

guys discussed tons of similar topics for many peoples. Sorry for

repeating.

I am going to use it for dd so, with tip, it does not matter to me.

Price tags are not that different because 996 tt is a 08 model.

Some members told me get a 997 with PDK because PDK is much more

better than Tip and it is a new model...also some members told me get a

996 tt with tip because it is still faster and for a dd tip is good enough.

So, I did a test drive both of them, but still I do not know which one I like

more..... Both of these are really nice... So, I decided to ask to you

guys.... If you guys were I, what do you guys choose??

Anyway, thank you for listening and help me..

depends on what you want and what you plan on doing with the car.

They are both 4wd, and both fast. I would go for the newer looking car. Therefore resale is retained somewhat more than a 996 personally regardless of if the tt is faster. I dont keep my cars too long myself so thats a concern for me. I don't speed or beat my cars either really so personally I would get the newer looking 997.

all the best with your decision.

The 996tt cannot be a MY 08. Last MY for the 996tt was 2005. Do you mean a MY 08 997 tt vs. a MY 09 997.2 4S with PDK?

If you can get an 08 997TT over a 997C4S - get the twin turbo - it is an amazing car.
