IMO too dark. no contrast. wheels would look great in silver.

Great looking car, nice wheels and good looking ride height! Toyo R888 are nice track tires but rumble and howl like a 18 wheeler on the street.

thanks, i track the car atleast 3 times a month. i use to only run ps2's but realized they suck, hopefully the toyo's will be better. i have yet to try them on the track. i am going to big willow this saturday so hopefully will have some good feedback.
Jay since this is your 1st time on track with R888 please take this advice seriously. They will most likely not impress you. It will take about 3-5 track days before the R888 wears down enough so they are not squirmy...scarey squirmy. So take it easy. Also they need negitive camber or you will round off the tire edges real fast.

Also the R888 on a 997S work really good at around 37-38...no more than 38psi HOT. My home track is Sebring and I have to start out at 27psi cold.

I am tracking this weekend too...so have fun!

I love it,I am getting the same looking wheels in black but I am going to have the yellow strip around them to match the calipers. The cars stance is perfect did you put in springs or coilovers.

Nice wheels

I just got back from two track days at PRI (Seattle) and saw many people on the R888.

I am running the Yokohama 048's (very similar tread pattern) and find the grip to be night and day to the PS2's.
