can u put 305/30/19 widebody tire on narrow body 11x9 67 offset oem wheel?

I run a 18x11 with 67 offset on the track. Tire is a 315/30/18. My car is lowered to ROW height, and no rubbing.

You should be fine, with your set up.

All the time - I run 235/305 on 8" / 11" wheels. If you check the tire guide at a place like TireRack, you'll see the rim suggestions and 11" is "on the money" for a 305.
