Cool. I've been thinking about replacing my stock exhaust with Tubi's. Let us know how easy it is to install and post the new sound. They say it also adds a few HPs along with the weight savings not sure how true.

Bara: if you don't mind me asking, where did you order the tubi muffler from and how much was it? I couldn't find any dealer information from the tubi north american website...

It would be interesting to hear a side-by-side.
My wife's new 3.8 on the 997.2 has an excellent exhaust note, IMHO.

I have heard Tubis on 997.1s and my personal opin at the time was that going away they sounded too tiny for my taste.....but perhaps there are dif Tubi products or that it's relative to the car they are installed on.

install this sat. to me, tubi has the most sophisticated sound this side of a CGT. i like crisp sounds otherwise i could have saved a ton of money and gone with something boomy.

Were you able to do a self install, or did you take it somewhere?

+1 on this. I bought some ramps from the local Pep Boys and did my Cargraphic install in one hour.

Does the Tubi actually add HP or do you need to replace the cat and headers to get the HP gains?
