ALMS Lime Rock
My son and I went to 2 great days at Lime Rock for the ALMS - what a fantastic event where you can go see the cars in the paddock and meet the drivers on qualifying day and get so close to the track during the races.
I thought you might like some of the photos.
It was great to see the Flying Lizard team fight back and win over a pesky Ferrari.
Lime Rock created a Porsche corral with what looked like more than 200 Porsches of all years as well of some great specialty cars.
Did see a new Ford GT with a luggage rack attached to the back but the least said the better. Also, the first 50 Porsches got to do a parade lap prior to the main event which was very very cool - with all the Porsche fans cheering you on.
I will post some additional photos in post replies.
I would highly recommend attending an ALMS series event and especially at Lime Rock.
