PCCB replacement brake disc

I have 05 997 Carrera S, and I'm considering to change the PCCB dics for iron. What options are available with the PCCB calipers? Can I upgrade to 380mm without changing calipers?

I am pretty sure that I read about people with GT2's changing their composite rotors out for Brembo iron rotors. Believe SharkWerks is doing this.

Also, Carnewal in Europe sells conversion kits
