I am looking at a 997S in San Diego. Neither of the San Diego Porsche dealerships perform Pre-Purchase Inspection. Can anyone recommend a reputable shop for PPI in SD?

I don't buy that unless they have stopped in the last couple months. I have had two cars done at pioneer and one at Hoehn. If they truly have stopped black forest or Deiters might be able to do it but they specialize in the older cars.
