I noticed looking at P-dealer listing pics, that when 997.2 S is equipped with Bluetooth Interface for Mobile (w/mobile phone holder), that the PCM surround (sides) is in leather even though the interior is not full leather. What gives? Looks kinda odd with the sides of the PCM in leather yet the dashboard is not?

 

I think that in the dealer pics and catalogs, I have only seen 1 or 2 pics that did not show some nice leather stitching. I would imagine that they just used the panels to "dress up" the way the center stack looked!
BTW, I found that you could get those side panels covered for around $100 by a reputable leather shop!
