C2S / C4S inventory (2009) OR GT3 ?
I do daily drive, and I do drive my C2S when ever the snow isn't around. If I was driving 90 miles a day on my commute, I would probably find a different job or a home closer to work. I would at least move right next to a race track so that I could justify the remote location and do a ton more track days then I do now.
And as I do not want to live together with people who like to knock out their neighbors doors in the middle of the night when their`re out of they crack money (what is, of course, very noble and respectful cultural tradition I very much respect and understand, as I should) - I have to commute.
I would be rather born as a sultan of bahrein so I would not have to work at all but in reality given to me I do what I do.

Perhaps the Sultan job is available.
not to be narcisstic, but back to my dilemma.
yes, most are saying i'm silly not to get a gt3. as for commuting, i have lived with a long commute in the past and even with my short, painful one now, i like to be in a nice car. one of the things i love about my 997S is the ability to go from "normal" to "sport".
no doubt 20k mi/year is high. in 21 mos., i have 14k mi on my 911. so i'm probably at about 8k/ year.
the 2010 does not accommodate rear seat installation, the 07/08 do. i'd be hip to that...
ok, i think I'll take home a GT3 tomorrow.
wild card: if my wife hates the wing, i'm in trouble. don't forget, i'm having to get her a new car to get away with this!

Just tell her that the wing is a $2000 option but you're getting it for free.
Women like to hear that you get things for free. They will think that you're smart.

I just told my wife it was man jewelry and she understood.
When I first read your post I sensed confusion because all three cars are so different. In every area the C2S wins given your situation . Here's why ...
1) Seattle = heavy rain area . In fact when its not raining its snowing . Driving long commutes in a Gt3 in bad weather defies logic. In fact the C4S would have won except when weighed against a Gt3 there's compromise.
2) PDK - There is nothing better for long commutes than PDK because traffic exists and so does the open road and PDK offers you the versatility and choice.
3) Price - MSRP to MSRP is NOT the case . The current discounts on the PDK car slice at least 40 grand off a Gt3 and that's HUGE.
4) Modifications -The FVD setup is that good . It can place your street car in near Gt3 Hp range and still offer a practical side . You will still be way ahead in cost and given the practical perks it's an easy decision.
5) Daily Driver -- This car is NOT a weekend toy . If it were my post miht be different . Maybe not --Seattle weather would be the big issue.
Honestly the TURBO would be my first choice for your region but given your choices and all the factors specific to your driving .. The C2S wins

FVD pushes stock engine into 450 horses area? How can it be?
First the Gt3 is rated at 435 . A stock 997S is 385 . The FVD exhaust is incredible and does give the car a nice strong bump .Coupled with PDK the car offers a lot of versatility and shifting speed too. Considering that he's in a high rain region and opting for a daily driver .. the c2s is the car I would choose .

I could not believe when we drove to Quebec in the winter how much colder is it there compared to MA. Something about air masses flow, but not so much distance actually mean a lot of temperature drop here on east coast.
So, how many dogs do you usually use to pull your sled in the winter, again?
