Need Quick Advice -Great Deal Available On A Guards Red Car- Automatic Ticket Magnet?
As the title says, there is an amazing car available to me, and it looks absolutely beautiful in Guards Red, but my concern is that this may be a ticket waiting to happen every time I hit the street. That is, in fact, the ONLY reason I didn't already pull the trigger on this deal tonight.
I would greatly appreciate your thoughts, especially those of you who may have this color. Thanks very much.

It ultimately comes down to how you drive, if you aren't flying pass everyone else, or weaving in and out you should be fine, driving fast as long as there are a few people faster than you and you're not barreling down the fast lane is okay most of the time.
I used to have a midnight blue car with gold rims (not STI) and drive a hundred miles a day, never had a problem. It was the most ridiculous thing ever haha
So yeah don't let the deal slip

have a red alfa romeo, and cops do look, but agree with everyone here... its the way you drive that ultimately gets you the ticket!
go for it! looks awsome!

Guards red is a great car. I'd consider it in a heartbeat. It definitely matters on how you drive, but if all else equal and 2 cars are driving a little more than the flow of traffic... a red or yellow car will get the attention. It's human nature. Brighter colors are more visible that stands out from the "basic" colors.
My cousin and friends are cops and this came from them. It just attracts more attention from afar if someone is moving at a different pace than the norm. But if you keep a low profile driving, having a red car won't matter at all.

Nothing ventured, nothing gain. Get it! Do not let this deal slip away from you!
I would agree with others here. I have a Guards Red as well, guess what? I got a ticket....in a Pearl White Honda Accord
. It's how you drive.

Do it. Now.
I love my guards red. More compliments and thumbs up while driving than any other car I have owned.
Drive sensible on the roads and u will be fine. (Had a red fiero for years and never had a problem.)
